Гістологічно підтверджений аспергільоз легень у хворих з легкою та помірною імуносупресією

Анотація

У статті детально описано форми ураження легень аспергілами, поширеними у природі грибами, які можуть бути сапрофітами відносно організму людини або ж зумовлювати тяжкі різноманітні за клініко-анатомічними виявами ураження легень. Представлено огляд сучасних класифікацій аспергільозу легень, а також клініко-рентгенологічні характеристики окремих форм інфекційного захворювання. Окрім того, узагальнено відомості щодо діагностики цієї інфекції з урахуванням форм ураження, причини діагностичних труднощів. Зокрема, значення мають фонова патологія та стан імунітету як передумови розвитку аспергільозної інфекції. Наведено результати аналізу 19 випадків аспергільозу легень, верифікованого за результатами гістологічного дослідження. Ретельно проаналізовано фонові захворювання та/або стани, що слугували основою розвитку аспергільозу легень, рівень імуносупресії у пацієнтів, клінічну картину хвороби.
